Double headed squash

This is an Early Prolific Straightneck Squash which is in an heirloom/OP and is growing in my organic squarefoot garden. Does this mean anything or just a freak occurrence in nature?

Woah! That's cool! I got a cucumber that joined with another one... kind of like a normal sized one and then a mini one that looked as if it barely started to mature
