Volunteer in Veggie Bed

My SIL has this plant growing in her veggie bed. It's over 5' tall and just started blooming white. Any idea what it might be?

Oh, oh, you could be right !potatoes! I was thinking it looked familiar but couldn't place it. I lost my valerian a while ago to super severe drought.. 'Though it was just as well since mine smelled like aged gym socks, especially when weather was muggy.

Ew lol! I'll ask her if it looks like a match but it does seem pretty close to me!
