I was standing there cooking bacon and was all of a sudden struck with an idea of fried jalapenos, making me hungry. But I hunted through my veggie cook book and couldn't find anything like that. Does anybody have a recipe for jalapeno poppers they'd share with me?

I don't fry much of anything, but I know you can stuff the Jalapeno with cheese and grill or broil them. Otherwise, my guess would be to stuff the peppers with cheese and batter them up and then deep fry them. My co worker was a hot head so she liked to snack on frozen jalapenos.
