Well as some of you may know, my ficus suffered a full defoliation due to what I believe was a combination of powdery mildew and relocation stress. Anyhow, this is its current state after only about a month. My question is what should I do now? What should I do with the left side, which is completely dead? I don't think I've ever seen a ficus with a jin. Also, what should I do with the branch on the right, which seems to be growing the most vigorously? Finally, how long should I wait until I begin to attempt to disrupt the apical dominance? I guess what I'm asking for is any kind of aesthetic advice that anyone has to offer. I have to say I don't quite have the eye to see what kind of potential a tree has, and I'm not sure where to go from here.

P.S. I know that it's probably too soon to do anything just yet, but I could really use some advice and that would give me some time to put some thought in it.
