It would be interesting to see if this kind of analysis is available elsewhere too.
Good many what I consider “major” news outlets wee recognizable by their logos even before their names, so I think the designer of the chart had that in mind.
I agree there are a number of names I don’t recognize as well.
I mean to visit their interactive website mentioned. There may be clarification of terms there as well?

I’m hoping to use this kind of chart as a guide for which news articles to sample for each topic to get more rounded/balanced views to frame my own. Otherwise I get bogged down just looking for opposing dialogs or by concentrating on what might turn out to be mistaken/irrelevant details.
