Overtime this weed has spread out from around my blueberry bushes. Since it is a winter weed it is growing like crazy and we have had so much rain I can’t get a break to cut it down and bag it with the mower. I tried pulling up all I could from around the blueberry bushes last year and got a good bit of the roots and tubers but there is no beating it.
There is a large area where all the grass died overtime and the weeds have taken over. In the summer different weeds. I am not sure it is worth trying to use round up a couple of times and lay st Augustine down in the early spring
Has anyone had experience with a large area like this. Plus I would need to fence it off so my dog would stay out of it.

It didn’t sound familiar to me so I looked it up and it probably doesn’t grow (much) around here.
