Why are my Lemon Plant Leaves Turning Yellow?

Does anyone know why this lemon plant I grew from seed might be doing this? sorry the pics are a little fuzzy

Hi Andrea,

Looks like either overwatering or fertilizer burn, aka tip burn. Any of that seem to fit? Most citrus like to have dry soil before watering again. For a small potted plant, allow the first inch of soil to dry before watering. You can insert your finger into the soil up to the first knuckle to see if it's dry.
