Ok here is my Strawberries when should I pick them and here is the grape plant when should I plant it and expect some sort of fruit from it.

I would pick the strawberries when they are just beginning to feel a little soft to the touch. I don't mean squishy-soft, just not 'hard'.
As for the grapes, when you can expect fruit will depend on the variety you purchased and whether your vines are 1 or 2 years old. A two-year-old vine could bear fruit this year for you. Here is a link to an article you might want to check out:
