sick bonsai tree

:( help me!!!! my ficus bonsai is dropping ALL of its leaves... before they go they are soft and the soil is neverdry I have had it about 9 months now... please help
ps: it is about 2 years old

how come you didn't post in the bonsai forum? Ficus are very durable trees. They are tropical and can't survive below 55 degrees F. If you've had it for so long it must be something that caused it stress. Was it air conditioning? Over watering? Was it subject to direct sunlight? You may scratch the bark and see if it's green and moist. I can recover if u give it the right conditions.
