shelf life of neem oil in a pump sprayer?

Hello all, I have some pure cold pressed neem oil, water and a little fragrance free natural dish soap mixed up in a pump sprayer for about a week now and was wondering if it's still ok to use as a insecticide? It has been sitting in a cool barn. Does anybody know the shelf life of neem oil after it's mixed in a sprayer? The neem oil I have is from last summer but it was stored in a cool dark place until just recently. Thanks all.
