What will my carrots look like when they start sprouting?

I have a lot of weeds trying to grow up in my garden, especially right along the line of where I planted carrots. This is my first time gardening EVER, so I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. I don't want to pick the carrots out thinking they were weeds.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

the straight leaves are the seed leaves that appear first. The cut edged ones are the true leaves and all the rest of the leaves will look like that. They are very tiny when they first show.

When they get a little bigger, they will look like this:

carrots always come up too close together. Once they are about the size of the second picture, they will need to be thinned.

Ok so those two tiny leaves coming out of the ground in the bottom center of the first picture are what I should look for? Got it! Thanks so much :)

Also, just a quick question if you know, should all of my runners be removed from my everbearing strawberry plants?
